Please fill out this form with any and all custom order inquiries. We will get back to you shortly with a quote, and any other follow-up questions. 

 

Shop Policies

You are responsible for reading and understanding our shop policies before submitting a custom order.

 

How Our Custom Orders Work

Once your form has been received, we will reach out via the email left on the order form. This will be our main form of communication. At this time, we will give an estimated quote and turnaround time. Please note that the final total may change depending on the order details. Changes can be made up until the final payment is made. Every order must be paid IN FULL before the order is started. Once the order is paid for, no final changes can be made.

Payments on Custom Orders

Once we have received the appropriate details for a custom order, a payment link will be sent to your email. Once the payment has been remitted,  your custom item will begin production.

 

*We will not copy another maker's work. So please don’t ask. Our best work is usually done when we have creative freedom, but we will work with specific requests. If you have ideas in mind, send them over.

 

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are subject to each order and those orders ahead of yours. Please fill out the form below for a more detailed turnaround time.

 

Cancellation & Returns

Since every order is custom and handmade, we DO NOT allow cancellations or returns on any custom item. You may substitute items in the order with the original purchase amount ONLY if your order has not been started.

 

If you are only inquiring to be nosy, please respect the time it takes for us to sort through emails and respond to order inquiries. If you do not plan to make a purchase, please be courteous to those who are.

 

As pricing for supplies are constantly changing, quotes are good for 14 days (2 weeks). If no purchase is made by then, we please ask you to resubmit a new order form.
