  • Refund/Exchange Policy

    At C3x Leather Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item and have determined that all requirements have been met, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.   • Care Instructions

    In order to maintain the best quality of your leather, it's recommended to use a leather conditioner to wipe down your leather every 60-90 days. This will help to keep your leather soft and supple and prevent it from cracking or drying out. Regular conditioning also helps to protect your leather from stains and spills, making it last longer and look better over time.
